Canadian Shipping
Canadian customers have 2 choices for shipping:
1.Vacuum sealed individual skeins that ship as lettermail for $6.00 CAD each per skein with no tracking number. This option is most economical if you are only purchasing 1-2 skeins.
2. Canada Post Expedited parcel shipping service with tracking information for $12.00 CAD for a single skein or $18.00 CAD Flat Rate for any number of skeins over that.
USA Shipping
Orders for a single skein ship via air to the USA for $11.00 CAD each. If you purchase 2 - 4 skeins there is a flat shipping rate of $15.00 CAD per order. If you purchase 5 - 6 skeins, there is a flat shipping rate of $20.00 CAD per order. If you are interested in purchasing more than 6 skeins in a single order, please contact me for an accurate shipping quote.
Tracking numbers are not available for US orders. Any customs charges, federal or state sales taxes from the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Shipping
Individual skeins ship to most international addresses for $15.00 CAD each with no tracking number.
Any customs charges or taxes from the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that international shipping times can sometimes be up to 7 weeks from the date of shipment due to distance, individual countries' customs processes and postal services.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so I may offer a refund or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping costs associated with the return and the exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. Yarn that has been damaged, wound/caked or knit is non-refundable.
More Information
I hand dye the yarn of each colourway in small batches. As with all hand dyed yarns, there may be slight variations between skeins of the same colourway. For this reason, I recommend that you alternate skeins when working on a large project. I take care to accurately photograph all yarn, however, colours may appear slightly differently because displays on computer monitors and mobile devices vary.
I do my best to rinse any excess dye from the yarn, but there may still be a small amount of colour seepage the first time you wash your project. I suggest that you wash newly crafted items separately. I also always recommend hand washing in cold water and drying items flat, as these practices will extend the life of your project.
Yarn is dyed and packaged in a dog-friendly home. While I do take every precaution to ensure that no dog hair comes into contact with the yarn, it is not guaranteed. Buyers with a severe allergy to dogs may want to reconsider their purchase.
